Workstation Setup Management

We have added the ability to manage workstation setup, including adding and editing workstations and groups, and the ability to set workstation specific role access.


A Tip For You

See a quick overview of existing scheduled items from the V365 Office Console home screen.

They are sorted by priority (high: red, medium: yellow, low: green), and clicking will bring you to those specific items within the Communication Console.

Did You Know?

You can leave notes for the next crew on the vessel in the remote app - using Handover Notes. Click the blue book icon to open the Handover Notes notepad. Click Save when done, and close the note. Whem there is a note saved, the book icon will show an exclamation mark.

The Findings Page

The Findings page is where you will find all existing observations, nonconformities and deficiencies, and details for each. The user also has the ability to add new records, convert record status, select priority, and mark open findings as completed.

A Tip For You

Don’t want to wait for a transmit?
Manually transmit new items from the office by clikcing Settings then the Transmit tab, then click Manual Transmit.

Clearing Notifications

Need to clear older notifications from the remote application? All you need to do is navigate to the Communication Console, and select the notifications you would like to remove.

Pause & Resume Scheduled Item Notifications

Within the Management Console, there is a feature that caters to locations that may be laid up or temporarily out of service. Users can view the items that reside at the location and can also enable/disable notifications for scheduled items.

Archive & Restore Documents

Archive documents if they are no longer in use and preserve the document history. Archived documents can also be restored.
