The New Findings Page

The Findings page is where you will find all existing observations, nonconformities and deficiencies, and details for each. The user also has the ability to add new records, convert record status, select priority, and mark open findings as completed.

Clearing Notifications

Need to clear older notifications from the remote application? All you need to do is navigate to the Communication Console, and select the notifications you would like to remove.

Archive & Restore Documents

Archive documents if they are no longer in use and preserve the document history. Archived documents can also be restored.

Pause & Resume Scheduled Item Notifications

Within the Management Console, there is a feature that caters to locations that may be laid up or temporarily out of service. Users can view the items that reside at the location and can also enable/disable notifications for scheduled items.
